We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Photo Experts to run our photo solution at this years festive event. You’ll be greeting guests, taking orders, printing photos and fulfilling visitors’ photo package purchases, whilst providing excellent customer service, and creating a fantastic experience for every visitor.

Applicants must be able to work from the beginning of November until 24th December. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to work in an outdoor winter environment.

The ideal candidates will be confident, hard-working, can multi-task effectively and have excellent communication skills and experience working with the public. These positions are very guest-focused and by operating our fun and enjoyable Souvenir Photography Solution, you would strive to enhance the guest’s experience.

What will you be doing?

The Retail Expert role involves selling and up-selling souvenir photos to guests through our photo viewing system (VEGA). You will have ample cash handling experience in a busy environment. You will take orders, print photos and fulfil the guest’s photo package purchases whilst providing excellent customer service, creating a fantastic experience for every guest. In some areas, you will also be responsible for merchandise sales.

Some of the areas you will work in are cold, however full uniform is provided. If there is any reason why you cannot work in a cold environment, please let us know at the interview stage.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Working hours will vary between 10:00 am – 22:30 pm.
• Employees will not be able to request holiday as part of their employment, however, holiday pay entitlement is paid at the end of the contract.
• Full availability must be presented before the commencement of employment, additional may be requested after.
• Employment Ends: 24th December 2022
• Full training will be provided.
• The position is based in Whitmoor Forest, Ascot, SL5 8BD.
