This Privacy Policy tells you what to expect in relation to personal information about you which is collected, handled and processed by Image Insight.

We acknowledge and agree that any personal data of yours that we handle will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in force from time to time.

 

Who is Image Insight?

Image Insight are a world class photography solution provider, working with international attractions such as zoos, aquariums, and theme parks, providing physical and digital photography.

 

How will you collect my data?

Once you’ve visited one of our amazing attractions, then you’ll have the opportunity to download digital images from our dedicated microsites.  Here you may be asked for some details to register before downloading.

 

How will you use my information?

We only use your data to make your experience better.  We won’t contact you with any unwanted communications.

We do use your data for business purposes such as, dealing with any queries you may have accessing your precious memories, or advising you if there are any issues with your photographs.

 

How do you keep my data?

We’ll always maintain any data we store in a secure and safe manner, and we won’t share it with anyone without your permission.

 

How long will you keep my data?

We’ll only keep your data for as long as is necessary, and not a minute longer.  We’ll tell you when you purchase any precious memories from us exactly how long this will be retained and what you can do to access it.

 

Who else do you share my data with?

Unless we ask you, and you give us permission, then we won’t share your data with any other organisations.  On our microsites you’ll have the option to give us your permission, and if you don’t want us to, then we won’t pass your data anywhere else.  The only exceptions to this are in extreme circumstances.  If, for example, we believe you may be breaking the law and disclosure of your data is allowed or required under relevant legislation, or if you have a complaint that we need to resolve in conjunction with the owners of one of our amazing attractions.

 

If I give you permission to share my data, what happens then?

We will always make sure that if you do tell us we can share your data, that this is done in a safe and secure manner.  We’ll make sure your data is always treated in line with our privacy standards, and that you can always tell us if you change your mind.

 

What if I do change my mind?

If you decide at any point that you no longer want us to hold your data, then just contact us via the website and we can enact these rights.

 

What are the different ways I can contact Image Insight?

If you contact us through our website then we will collect anonymous data via the use of Google Analytics.

If you contact us through social media, we would direct you to the individual social media platforms own privacy policies.

If you make contact with us via email, then we will treat your data in line with our IT policy and all our usual methods of confidentiality and security will apply.

 

What are my rights?
