The success of any system relies primarily on how it is used and those using it. To ensure your system is used effectively, we provide full training to all staff prior to the system going live.

Staff training takes place after installation is complete and before the system goes live. It covers all operations necessary for the correct usage of the equipment and software. We are confident that most staff can be proficient in operating the system in as little as half an hour!

One of the main strengths of our VEGA solution is its simplicity. However, staff training is very important to ensure that the customer gets a quality product quickly and efficiently which helps to maximise revenue. As well as training the staff to operate the system, we also include sales training as part of our package so the customer gets a good experience and sales achieve their highest potential.

During training, System Documentation and support contact numbers are made available to the staff.
