Our Office will be closed from lunchtime Friday 22nd December until New Year’s Day. Our office will be open again on Tuesday 2nd January with our normal office hours which are 8.45am-5.30pm.
However, if you are an existing Image Insight customer and your call is of an urgent technical nature, please call our usual ‘out of hours’ support line, where your call will be transferred to an engineer. Don’t worry your call will be answered during this festive period and we will resolve any issues or problems you may have.

You are more than welcome to call our Photo Helpline number on 01329 836437 during this time and leave a message. Please leave your name, number, where you had your photo taken and any Order Numbers or Photo Codes from your receipt (if you have this). Please note, your queries will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis when we return.

Facebook and Social Media Queries:
Please note, we may take longer to respond to Facebook and other Social Media Sites queries during the festive period. Our offices are closed from Lunchtime Friday 22nd December until New Year’s Day. We will open again on Tuesday 2nd January with our normal office hours (8.45am- 5.30pm), but if we can, we will try and respond to you. Otherwise, please note we will deal with your query as soon as we return in the New Year.
